- Utilize diagnostic tools, equipment, and software to determine the root cause of vehicle issues accurately
- Cooperate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders, maintaining clear lines of communication with supervisors and service advisors
- Continuously update personal skills and knowledge by participating in training programs and staying current with advancements in automotive technology
Requirements:
- Knowledge of a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Proficiency in using industry-standard diagnostic equipment and tools
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while prioritizing multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and understand customer concerns
- Valid driver's license
